Baysart exists to give everyone in Azerbaijan — and beyond — direct, self-custodied access to money. Bitcoin and on-chain manat in one place, with no intermediary standing between you and your funds.

Self-custody by design
When you create a wallet in Baysart, your keys are generated on your device and never transmitted to us. Baysart cannot access, freeze, or move your funds — because the keys are yours alone.
This is the core principle we build from. Every feature — send, receive, swap, cash in and out, claim links, Baysart-ID, privacy rotation — is built on top of it.
Manat and Bitcoin
Baysart is designed around two pillars: Bitcoin, the world's hardest money, and manat, the currency Azerbaijanis live in. On-chain manat (AZNS) is backed by issuer reserves. You can cash in and out locally. The full journey — from cash to Bitcoin and back — happens inside one app, under your own keys.
We support 15 networks in total, including Ethereum, Solana, Tron, Toncoin and Liquid, plus leading stablecoins and on-chain manat.
Compliance posture
Baysart applies identity verification (KYC) at the cash-in and cash-out ramp, the regulated interface between on-chain assets and the local monetary system. On-chain sends, receives, and swaps do not require KYC.
We are working to align our operations with applicable Azerbaijani and international standards as the regulatory environment for crypto-assets continues to develop. We do not claim to hold any regulatory licence or authorisation at this time.
