Fees & Spread Schedule

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

This schedule describes the fees and spreads applied to services provided by Baysart MMC. All fees and the applicable rate are shown to you before you authorize a transaction.

Before you authorize a transaction, you see on screen the amount you will pay, the amount you will receive, the applicable rate, and all fees. No fee is deducted from a transfer amount unless agreed.

Transparency is our commitment: there are no hidden fees. No fee beyond those listed below is applied.

  • All fees are disclosed before authorization.
  • The applicable rate is disclosed before authorization.
  • No fee is deducted from a transfer amount unless agreed.

Cash-in (buy AZNS with manat)

When you buy AZNS with manat, the rate is 1:1 and no platform fee is charged. 1 manat equals 1 AZNS.

If the card processor charges any fee, it is shown separately at checkout.

  • Rate: 1:1 (1 ₼ = 1 AZNS).
  • Platform fee: none.
  • Card-processor fees (if any) are shown at checkout.

Cash-out (sell AZNS to manat)

When you convert AZNS to manat and withdraw, a 1% platform fee and a 0.50 AZN card processing fee apply. You receive the amount remaining after these fees are deducted.

Example calculation: if you cash out 100 AZNS, the platform fee is 1% of 100 and the card processing fee is 0.50 AZN; the exact amounts are shown before authorization.

  • Platform fee: 1%.
  • Card processing fee: 0.50 AZN.
  • Net = amount − (1% of amount) − 0.50 AZN.

Buy/sell crypto (spread)

When you buy or sell BTC, USDC, or USDT against AZNS, the Settlement/Liquidity Partner applies a 1% spread to the rate.

This spread is included in the rate quoted to you and is shown before you authorize the transaction. There is no separate line-item commission.

  • Spread: 1%.
  • Applies to: buy/sell of BTC, USDC, USDT ↔ AZNS.
  • The spread is included in the quoted rate.

Convert / same-stablecoin swap

Converting between USDC and USDT (a same-stablecoin swap) carries a 0.5% fee.

The fee is shown before authorization.

  • Fee: 0.5%.
  • Applies to: USDC ↔ USDT conversion.

Network (on-chain) fees

Blockchain network fees (gas/miner fees) are passed through to you at cost, with no provider markup. These fees belong to the network, not to us.

Network fees vary by chain (Bitcoin, Polygon, Solana) and by network congestion. For Bitcoin, a fee tier (slow / standard / fast) may be selectable.

The applicable network fee is shown before authorization.

  • Passed through at cost — no provider markup.
  • Vary by chain: Bitcoin, Polygon, Solana.
  • Vary by network congestion.
  • Bitcoin: slow / standard / fast fee tier may be selectable.

Saving a card

To save a card, a 0.50 AZN authorization (hold) is taken. After the card is successfully saved, this 0.50 AZN is refunded.

This is not a charge — it is a temporary hold to verify the card is valid.

  • Authorization: 0.50 AZN.
  • Refunded after the card is successfully saved.

Limits

The following limits apply to transactions. Capacity-aware limits may reduce available amounts in real time.

Because of capacity-aware limits, the maximum amount available at a given moment may be lower than the limits shown below.

  • Minimum: ₼1 per transaction.
  • Maximum: ₼25,000 per transaction.
  • Per identity: ₼100,000 per day.
  • System: ₼1,000,000 per day.
  • Capacity-aware reductions are possible in real time.

Future channels

If additional channels — card, bank transfer, ATM / Cash Access Network, and exchange/settlement channels — are introduced in the future, they may carry their own disclosed fees.

Such fees may apply from time to time and are always disclosed before you use the relevant channel.

  • Card channel — with its own disclosed fees.
  • Bank transfer — with its own disclosed fees.
  • ATM / Cash Access Network — with its own disclosed fees.
  • Exchange / settlement channel — with its own disclosed fees.

Regulatory fee disclosures

Any additional fee disclosures mandated by the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan are placed in this section.

This document is provided on a pre-licensing basis. In case of any inconsistency between translations, the Azerbaijani-language text is controlling.
