Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for how the app and services provided by Baysart MMC (VOEN 1703115231, legal address Baku, Azerbaijan) may be used.
By accessing the app or using the services, you agree to comply with this Policy. This Policy forms an integral part of our terms of service and must be read together with them.
Violation of this Policy may result in the blocking of an instrument or account, refusal or reversal of a transaction, termination of the relationship, and reporting to the competent authorities where required by law.
Prohibited activities
It is strictly prohibited to use the app or services for any of the following purposes:
- Market abuse or manipulation, including creating false or misleading orders, price manipulation, and spreading false information.
- Insider use or any insider dealing prohibited under Law M10.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, or the circulation of proceeds of crime.
- Fraud, deception, or any fraudulent scheme.
- Use by sanctioned persons or from prohibited jurisdictions.
- Any other unlawful purpose that breaches applicable law.
Market abuse and insider dealing
Market manipulation and the use of insider information are strictly prohibited in accordance with Law M10.
Market manipulation includes, but is not limited to:
- Placing false or misleading orders with no intention to execute them (for example, spoofing or layering).
- Creating a false impression of price or volume through artificial trading (for example, wash trading).
- Spreading false or misleading information to artificially raise or lower the price of an asset.
- Trading on the basis of undisclosed insider information, or passing such information to others.
Identity and anonymity
Anonymous accounts are not permitted on regulated or custodial legs. Use of these services is conditional on successful identity verification and completion of know-your-customer (KYC) procedures.
Privacy coins are not handled, accepted, or sent on regulated or custodial legs.
Identity verification is carried out by the Identity Verification Provider. Providing false, forged, or misleading identity information is a violation of this Policy.
Consequences of violation
Where this Policy is violated or a violation is suspected, and to the extent permitted by law, the provider may take the following measures:
- Blocking of an instrument or account in accordance with Law M21.
- Refusal or reversal of a transaction where lawful.
- Termination of the relationship and access to the service.
- Reporting to the competent authorities and regulators.
